IZON Models and Talent was founded in 2005 by Rebecca Hamilton Taylor and Lisa Robinson Esty, who recognized the growing need for a professional, full-service agency in Northwest Florida.

Both Rebecca and Lisa bring years of hands-on production experience—both in front of and behind the camera—with Lisa as a commercial Makeup Artist/Stylist and Rebecca a commercial Wardrobe Stylist. Their firsthand understanding of set dynamics, production demands, and client expectations gives them a distinct advantage when it comes to matching the right talent to each project—talent who not only fits the look but also understands the professionalism and performance required for success.

IZON represents a diverse range of talent across the Gulf Coast and Florida Panhandle for commercial, print, film, television, voiceover, and promotional projects. Our roster includes men, women, children, actors, brand ambassadors, and voice talent.
